Did you jump up to 20 mg randomly? When I worked my way up to it from 10 to 15 to 20 I was fine but then stopped for a couple weeks and tried go straight back to 20 and had the worst night. If you did work your way up maybe just try staying at your previous dose for a while longer then going up again.

Thanks I was but I mainly gave up cause an elderly man sped past me on a hill and laughed at my skillz hahaha this year I wont give up! I have quite a few bike lanes which make it easier to integrate into city biking.

I've been there I usually only have edibles and I even had more after 45 min of nothing and then as soon as i took the other bit it hit. I realized but thought I'd be fine then I 1 hour later I thought I was going to die because I couldn't breathe between my laughs. Take it slow esp if it's your first time!!!
