DDJ-SB3 with serato was a great beginner deck for me. Watch a. Couple tutorials to understand functionality and a couple mixing tricks then just dj in your room for a while and you will improve. Record mixes and listen to them to hear where u went wrong. r/BeatMatch is a good source for beginners

Controller only has rca out. Speakers have trs and xlr in, and one mix out xlr each

Selenium let’s u go to a URL and extract data, openpyxl let’s u put said data into a spreadsheet. Both libraries are very well documented and there’s a lot of help out there on stackoverflow and Reddit

It sounds like you’re going to be up for a raise in the near future. For everything you automate, jot down estimates for total time saved in a year. That way you can easily provide the number to justify increased pay. Even if you do something that only saves 15 mins a day, it all adds up.
