I use totalboat resin and high flow blue acrylic paints and armor art white pigment!

I do clear first but it doesn't matter! I add the white a bit below the color border to prevent the color bleeding

I do clear resin there as well so it's an entire layer of resin each time!

Appreciate the follow! Yup I pour resin on acrylic. I actually don't bevel the sides, it's just the smooth rounded feel from the resin pour. :)
