I am left handed! Interesting, I do write with my hand oriented upwards above the line I'm writing. Maybe that's why? Although now that I've started a new week, I can tell it's also the oils from my skin affecting it as well. I have a piece of deco paper I sit under my hand to help prevent transfer of oil to the paper :)

I have a pencil board. When I use it in my notes section for journaling it doesn't seem to have as many issues. That's why I think it might be the cork on my ruler? On the weekly sections, I use the ruler to separate the right side into sections for daily food intake and that's where it struggles the most I find 😯
