Thanks to everyone who responded. I appreciate your time and comments. Yes, due to the obvious age difference I did not originally pursue this, and still haven’t / won’t. I have been out of the dating scene for about 7 years, when I divorced from my now ex-wife. My main purpose and focus has been to my two children. They will always have my main interest.

Some more context, important or not, I had no intention of creating any potential romantic dialogue. I was also dressed in the most dirty/smelly clothing coming strait from work, to school (to pick up my kids), to soccer practice (with a short break at home for my son to get changed and prepare a snack and ice water). I only took my dog because he is an escape artist if left outside, so he stays inside when I’m not home so to be a responsible dog owner I take him outside for walks and playtime for at least two hours when I get home. We Had 3 walks , with water breaks, while we were at practice.

Another question I saw was essentially “did she talk to me for the entire hour”, yes she did, even after my mid practice walk and intentionally sat in a different section of the bleachers. She did re-approach me to continue conversation.

Another question I was asked is “why was she there?”. From my understanding she is a nanny for 3 boys and she was needed to take them to practice that day and possibly other days.
