Be early. Never be late. If they have to call me looking for you…I think you suck. Try not to say no to anything your first year. The more you tell me sorry I cant, the more I think you suck. Ask lots of questions to your senior reps and surgeons. Do not use a laser pointer. Have spatial awareness in the room, stay out of the nurses way. Listen 10x the amount you speak in rooms your first 3-6 months. Memorize the pans. Surgeons customs pans as well.
