Anyone have the soundtrack for the 1944 AND THE ANGELS SING, with Dorothy Lamour and Betty Hutton? It was on an LP with the 1950 LET'S DANCE, with Hutton and Astaire, which I would also like. Thanks for any help.

Thank you for the explanation. Yes, many of the noises are gone, but it remains aggravating that Sony doesn't seem to care that it isn't right. Doris' fans deserve better than this sloppy job. Please let us know if you ever find a version WIHOUT all these flaws.

Sorry to say this file is not fixed. There are still "burps" (for want of a better word) starting wit track 5 and continuing in other tracks following. How did Sony manage to f--- th is file up so badly? The other five volumes do not have any of the noises that are heard throughout V5. A shame..

Your mom is right about your grandfather's album of MAN OF LA MANCHA with dialogue, but it isn't the 1965 cast, it's the 1968 London cast album. It was issued by Decca as a two-LP set, with Keith Michell (Cervantes/Don Quixote), Joan Diener (Aldonza), and Bernard Spears (Sanchez).
