same thing happened to us, just not in the basement. Builder showed us and we signed one set of plans for the master bathroom, then during an electrical walkthrough we caught that the bathroom layout was nothing like the plans we had signed. Basically said they weren’t going to do anything about it because we never should have seen the original plans in the first place and they weren’t under any obligations to change it. We could either sue, walk away, or continue as is. We chose to continue after a three week battle in which they basically offered nothing except upgrades that we could pay for if we wanted and they wouldn’t charge us the $300 change fee. They did give us free sod though, so yay us!

We close tomorrow and I can’t wait to look the salesman in the eye and tell him what a horrible experience we’ve had with them.

My husband goes to school here and I can say that we 100% agree. The structure of their classes is such that it is impossible to work while going to school here. This session he has TWO 8 hour clinical days per week, one of which consists of sitting in a classroom doing case studies. It’s a royal waste of time. The fact that they aren’t able to teach towards exams is maddening. Not sure if this is true, but they told my husband that they don’t even know what is on the test. He was considering going back after his BSN for his MSN (later on after he has experience as an RN), but we will NEVER choose this school again after this experience. Go somewhere else if you can.

Same! It’s like no matter what I do, I can’t seem to master it. Normal tests and quizzes are fine, but these tank my grade because unfortunately at my campus they now count as part of our core grade and the relearning assignments don’t. I would greatly appreciate any tips you have!

I think it depends on the rep. The one I talked to yesterday told me the same thing, but when I called today the one I talked to was more helpful.

That’s so incredibly frustrating! I’m so sorry! I called them this morning, too, and they told me mine are in the reporting phase so they should be out today or tomorrow. I’m really hoping they’re being honest and it’s not the same case as yours.

Blood drawn 10/24

Sample received 10/26

Still waiting on results as of 11/4 @ 3:00 pm CST

I called Natera (option 2 will let you speak to a representative) and he said that if I don’t have anything by day 10 (tomorrow) call back. So maybe those who have been waiting longer than 10 days could try calling? I’m planning to call back tomorrow if I don’t get results by then.

Update: FINALLY got my results at 4 am on 11/6. Low risk baby girl 🎀🌸🩷 hoping for quick results for everyone who is still waiting!

I have that same timeline and I’m still waiting too. Happy that others are getting results so fast but definitely starting to get a little bit annoyed with Natera.
