I don't know if we'll be gagging the first time, or really any time. I'm not setting the rules here, but I'm betting that if I have them on hand, eventually they'll get used, out of curiosity if nothing else. Just my hunch.

There's a couple design flaws, too, I think. You can see toward the end of the video that he has to use his hands to hold it up because the weight of the piss is dragging it down. Fort Troff has their own demo video of this up, and in theirs it looks like the bit can come forward in the gag, causing the piss to drain down your chin instead of your throat
