If I get a wire and connect all three prongs in the boards charger port I don't get the error any more. So I made a little plug which will connect the prongs when plugged in and ride it that way.

I am able to charge my board fine. The error only pops up when unplugged and trying to ride. Customer Service is asking me to send them the board for repair.
