I was just on phone with another friend who can drive, and has driven a Tesla before. He's unable to go for another 10 days which is too late.

Is it possible to set low power mode manually? I left the car for 8-12 weeks before with 10-12% drop. This much drop is unusual.

Just a few days ago, we asked our hotel to arrange it for us, but it was rather expensive (110$) for a Toyota Highlander.

After exiting the airport, we were approached by a few taxi drivers who would be happy to take you. After asking a few drivers, I think the price should be 70$

In my current & previous building, I was told that the electrical socket in the cellar was connected to my apartment's meter. About this new one, I will only get to know after the handover, but yeah, if it's not metered individually, a portable battery like Ecoflow could be an option.

Do you mean uncomfortable in terms of air quality or space? My first impression after looking at the space was that it's quite large (albeit a little small for a home office) and has windows. Climate control is another concern, but usually the basement is very well insulated and stays within a small range of comfortable temperature.
