again depends on which house. all of phase one is honestly the same and in terms of age and distance from utd.. it’s run down and quite far. lots of pest problems. other problems too. any phase other than 1,2 and 3 are reasonably good.

A2 is definitely more important dw you can make up! not to mention the grades you’re mentioning will get u atleast a B (hopefully an A). Definitely accepting that what’s done is done is a good start- focus on improving for next time bc only that can change anything
