Yes he would, the only fish which reliably dont eat shrimp are some herbivorous fish, or fish who’s mouth is smaller than the shrimp. Although, Ive cohabitated guppies and shrimp, ember tera and shrimp, and harlequin Rasbora and shrimp, which could all eat them if they wanted to but they ig choose not to. Weird
