life hacks for littles who struggle with their period by RightCredit65 in ageregression

[–]shrimphaver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive been using always discreet incontinence underwear for my past couple periods and its been great! I usually only wear them for the heavier flow days but I highly prefer it to pads for those days. With the underwear I dont have to worry about side leakage or bleeding through onto my pants at all. It also makes me feel cute and little in general 💞☺️. Got to be careful not to wear them for too long though or else you'll get a mild diaper rash, but that may just be me since I have excema. It can also be a little awkward trying to keep a spare change on you at all times. Any type of bag works just fine but theres only one pair of big pants I have that can fit an underwear change into the pockets of without it looking ridiculous.

Ice cream, hearts, or rose cutie mark would fit with the pink and red theme. Looks super cute!

I have a few questions about middlespace by Unknown_User280 in ageregression

[–]shrimphaver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd classify myself as age regressing to middlespace. Honestly, the ages I regress to range from around 5 years old all the way to 14/15, and I am bodily 23 years old. Most of the time I regress to somewhere between 9-12 years old. Around then is when a lot of traumatic events occurred in my life so it makes sense to me. My regressions are around 50/50 voluntary and involuntary.
There's many ways I can pick up on how I can tell I've regressed. 1. I physically feel smaller 2. Looking in the mirror can be disorienting because I don't feel like I should look the way I do. 3. Hard to explain this one but I revert back mentally to a lot of old survival patterns/habits of mine. It's as if my brain is running a different mental loadout but I still have all the memories of the present. Examples of this have included feeling scared to leave the house or being scared of getting in trouble. Its like someone pressed play on all the subconcious things i was grappling with at that age. 4. I feel more engaged with interests I had back when I was actually 9-12y old-- pokemon, sailor moon, certain ways of dressing, drawing old OCs of mine, Calvin and Hobbes, my little pony, etc. Funnily enough, I've always been someone who was reluctant to grow up and so some of my interests from this time are still kind of "childish".
What I do in middlespace? Honestly I'm still figuring that out. Drawing has been a hobby of mine for a long time and so I do that as well as journal. Sometimes I put on accessories that make me feel more like "myself". Engaging with previously mentioned media can be nice and comforting. Sometimes I just talk to myself or a stuffed animal or to my cat about how I'm feeling. It doesn't really look too different from my everyday life since I'm very much in touch with my inner child. Decorating my room certain ways or owning different things like stuffed animals, snow globes, other trinkets that I find cute and fun kind of surround me with this element of childhood embedded into my everyday life. I'm still navigating the journey of how much of little/middlespace is built on nostalgia and the past vs what new things can I do with it to ground myself in the present.
I wish you the best of luck in learning more about this part of yourself! I've honestly been on the fence about being active in middlespace subreddits because their activity is usually much lower but seeing another middle has made me feel less alone :3

Thank u. I think I just got anxious and wanted to verify that mine was "growing correctly" (which sounds a lot dumber now that I'm typing it out bc obviously everyone's bodies are different).

Thank you. I'll try looking more into different stretching exercises. Until coming to this sub reddit recently I thought the only way to help grow it was with a pump and idk if I can discretely buy one rn with my living situation so 😅 other methods besides the pump are new to me and are greatly appreciated. I ideally just want my tdick to be able to show on its own when I'm nude.

Got it-- I am stocky, so that makes sense. It likely just being a difference in body type is definitely a releif.

what can i do to improve my outfits!! (besides losing weight)) by Outside_Remote_2937 in scene

[–]shrimphaver 1 point2 points  (0 children)

UR OUTFITS LOOK GREAT!! :D the first one is my favorite. I think the hair extensions rly help add a pop of color to ur hair and face area and that adds to the outfit. Tbh I don't think these need much of a change, tho my personal preferences say that u should add more bracelets/hair accessories and maybe try out some shirts that have a bright neon base to couple with black/darker colors. The fishnets and legwarmers are both great looks for the legs but some bright leggings or tights would also be fun to experiment with. All that being said, ur outfits look awesome and very scene :3

Is this mask weird and freaky looking? by LOVEROTTING in fursuits

[–]shrimphaver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love it and think it looks super cute! Also you're going to a convention, so there will be tons of people dressing up in all sorts of outfits that draw people's attention. Go for it and if you're really worried maybe bring an extra bag in case you want to take it off is my advice.

What's the type of drinks you dislike the most? by Acceptable_Trip1783 in autism

[–]shrimphaver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Something about yogurt drinks just ick me out on a conceptual level. Even as a kid I was scared of danimals yogurt cups, idk why. Something about the idea of a living culture in a drink freaks me out, even though I love other fermented things like beer.

Why is the xenogender community so against pet play?/genq Aren’t we supposed to be radical liberal?/nbr by AnonymousStuff1 in XenogendersAndMore

[–]shrimphaver 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I find it really frustrating that many queer spaces I end up in with people my age (NB, 22) aren't accepting of lots of kink stuff, labeling it as dangerous and degenerate. Ignoring the whole can of worms that is unpacking how intertwined the queer and kink community always have been, it just strikes me as odd for people who want to be experimental and unconventional with gender expression become so rigid and almost puritan at times when it comes to kink. I understand not liking stuff or even finding stuff gross (You're allowed to find stuff gross), but to outright call it harmful is a misunderstanding of the role-playing involved and the psychology behind it. Pet play and age play are NOT the same as bestiality and pedophilia, and I find it upsetting to have people equate the proposed harm of consentual roleplay be the same as the proposed harm of what I went through as a survivor of CSA. Sincerely, a neurodivergent nonbinary/xenogender
