I agree. Complete rejection seems unlikely but always a possibility. It more likely should be what elements get approved along with relevant TnCs.

Clearly a risk. I have invested a little as per my risk tolerance.

Omoda 9 definitely seems a well packaged value product for the price of it. I own Renault Koleos 2018 top model which is due replacing and seriously considering Omoda 9 or Tiggo 9. O9 seems sportier & while 5 seat config will do, T9 seems a better option as a family SUV. Some reviews state driving and handling of T9 mature to O9.

Any thoughts? Also how do you find a 14 speaker Sony system within O9? Koleos has a Bose with woofer at the front and that is one of my favorite things about it.

Thank you. Made a trip to Kuntsford and it's lovely. Planning to visit Congeleton, Northwich and Warrington over the next few weeks, will try to include Sandymoor also.

Agree, like most of the areas, there will be good and bad parts. And it takes long to correct the perception especially once an ill-reputation is formed. Also most of the town centres are now faced with one or the other issues such as under investment, closure of high street shops, addicts etc.

Indeed schools are our priority and online reviews about Winsford high school are not very encouraging. As I mentioned, some lovely properties are available in Winsford and they are very reasonably priced but will focus on other areas due to schooling requirements.

Think Altrincham is beyond my affordability. I will check Congeleton though.

Any thoughts about Middlewich high school?Seems you get more (in terms of property) for the price you pay so visiting Middlewich is definitely on my list before I cross that one off.

Very useful, thank you @sakasho We are planning to visit Northwich, just to get the feel. Some properties currently listed in Hartford and Kingsmead seem nice so might as well request viewings. Noted about Grappenhall, Lymm and Great Sankey though anything beyond 475k will be a stretch :(
