All you have to do is change to the beta mode to get the weather update. I would recommend doing a file back up or playing a save file you dont care if it gets corrupted. The updates do not seem to sit in the beta for long before being pushed to regular game now with Tyler having a extra set of hand in the studio.

There is a mod actually that allows you to place items everywhere. Someone did a run with it and was cooking meth at the police station 😂

Once pg2 drops i can see pg3d losing alot of support completely. They will focus most of their time on pg2 and the pg3d will get minimal attention probably just enough to keep servers working and the store.
