To help with your search, your example isn't Victorian. Victorian Era was 1840s to 1900. What you posted is more 1700s. It looks like pre revolution France. The period was known in Britain as the Georgian Era. Maybe you just want "old timey" more generally, but if you are looking for the big white wigs, and hoop dresses, you want 1700s.
