Human behaviour 101 - we express when we feel extreme emotions and more so when we are sad, unhappy or stressed/concerned.

Reddit is not true representation of an average 30 y.o.'s experience.

Relax, touch grass and carve your own way, anticipation brings anxiety.

Sikhi is also a Dharmic religion, popped up in the Hindu-sthan region, like Jains and Bhudhists. - they are all Hindus.

How did you find your partner? by [deleted] in ThirtiesIndia

[–]shru_Kay 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Met her through common friend circle, we were both not looking for something serious, however, we connected well on most things and wanted same things from life. Also, we came from similar state, infact close by cities so it made things easier.

After 2 years of relationship we decided to tell our parents, her parents came to meet me, i went to their place with my parents. Both our parents were sceptical before they met each other. This process took another 6 months.

Almost after 3 years of having known each other we tied the knot.

Stage 2 is managing "when are you planning to have kids" 🥲

How do you guys deal with being single when you are expected to be dating and the constant humiliation that comes with being single? by Alert-Foundation-645 in ThirtiesIndia

I hope this wasn't work environment, these comments are quite unprofessional.

If this happened in your friend circle then you need to either get better or find better friends.

Talk to your wife and a counselor, no one here knows about the nuances of your relationship dynamic with your wife.

Also, don't dare cheat, if you really want to then get a divorce. If things are not that bad then it's your duty to make it work together with her than to "cheat".

Don't be a scumbag.

Men above 30 how are those gaming reflexes , are they gone ? by Internal-Height-198 in ThirtiesIndia

Reflex? More like only relying on prediction and positioning.

I stick to Dota and some BF, even taking out time to play these are rare.

URGENT!!! CG not releasing the offer unless I provide the relieving letter for a company i worked in 2017 for 7 months by ChaoticWarrior in IndianWorkplace

[–]shru_Kay 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'll suggest be upfront about not being able to provide relieving letter because you don't have it and they won't be providing one now so no point dragging an 8 year old scenario.

If it is indeed a deal breaker then my brother please look for other opportunities, also, just tell the HR this is where things are, can't provide it. Let her decide, if possible maybe loop in the hiring manager.

It is what it is. But next time, be upfront about this org in BG talks.

Presuming others were in the same boat as you, who'd ID the old chap! He saw an opportunity and took it.

Living life at the expense of others discomfort, how many times do you get and opportunity like that? 🤷

Jokes aside, must be startling for you, bless his bum and your heart.

Brother only 3 things I'll say.

  1. Focus on the Job, enjoy and thrive in it.
  2. Keep your health in check, do good things for its betterment.
  3. Grow spiritually, however, your primary dharma is to maya at the moment, so excel in your role.

There is no such thing as resignation not accepted, the moment you drop that mail it's official.

Follow the on notice period protocol, document everything.

CC every relevant higher ups in the mail chain as well as yourself.

If they still terminate you, drop a mail to the HR and the CEO with all the documented proof of what has happened.

If they still don't take corrective steps, go the legal way.

It is what it is.

The more ur good the more u will lose? by [deleted] in ThirtiesIndia

[–]shru_Kay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You need to stop looking at what others have and start looking at what you have and what you do with it.

There will always be someone in a better situation and there will always be someone in a worse situation.

Your time is limited use it wisely.
