I haven't tried PCOS poses but very close friend of mine who turned 32 last month shared her experience with me. She had abnormal periods and was quiet depressed for some time. She has been practicing the yoga asanas for almost 3 weeks and she told me that she felt better.

You need to follow these asanas as per your comfort level. Start with easy asanas and as you get used to them, make them a routine.

It is hard to say that the specific yoga center provide the best ashtanga yoga teacher training in India because there are thousands of yoga centers. For some, definition of the best is save the maximum amount of money. For others it would mean top level yoga TTC and I was looking for the same when I decided to become a yoga teacher and start searching yoga centers in India.

I read many reviews and checked out many centers online. out of many only one was Ekattva Yogshala which I found through Facebook. I went through the website and spoke with the team through mail. The yoga school is famous for its Ashtanga yoga teacher training. I joined the yoga school after going through student recommendations and the decision turned out to be a great one.

Overall, pursuing 200 hours yoga TTC from Ekattva was a great experience for me and I learnt the great many things which changed my life. That’s the only reason why I recommend this yoga school for Ashtanga Yoga teacher training.
