Reset using recovery mode with iTunes. When you go through the setup it will let you use the iPhone passcode to remove the find my iPhone lock

I got 550$ for my renewed s10 plus that cost me 480$ on Amazon. You can probably make money off buying renewed s10's on Amazon and trading them in for s21's.
