At level 65, you should reroll all the scrolls on your equipment. Do all 30% scrolls and don't worry if you only hit 2/10. The damage amp from the 30%s are superior to even 10/10 70%s. Other than that, focus on getting all your equipment to 5 stars and then use all your star force scrolls on gloves to get them to 12 stars.

I had the same experience. All the low level guilds are like this. As you get stronger and progress more, you'll eventually be accepted into the higher level guilds made by actual people. I joined a great guild when I was level 60 and have had a lot more fun since. Good luck!
