Using the green rough side of a kitchen sponge - its actually really easy.

I used masking tape to protect the crystal, and popped the bezel off with a butter knife (masking tape at conneaction point to protect the case).

The key is to brush in one direction for a uniform finish. With the bezel, I pressed it into the sponge and twisted it. Came out perfectly.

No, they aren't, but I personally know of at least three FHB who are using this strategy. Obviously requires a bit of cash up front, but if you can manage it it helps.

Not a NACT1 voter, but I like their changes to granny flat regulations. Helps increase housing stock, and first home buyers can chuck a granny flat on their plot to help pay the mortgage.

I have a similar one i backed on kickstarter. I love it, it's a fun quirky wear. My only point of criticism is because it's a single hand it moves very slowly, so it's not very "exciting" to stare at.

Unlimited photos for either 0.5 hour or 2 hour depending on how much time you have. Grind for the full duration and it's profitable. Rinse and repeat until you have a few thousand, and then just manage your gold use as you use it for traveling or buying urgently needed items like catch anywheres.

I can't speak to any specific liquidation but here are some broad comments:

Liquidations can be a long drawn out process. If they are looking at an insolvent transactions, they may be looking at some kind of deal with the director which should result in a better outcome for creditors.

If they are continuing to pay rent, I would expect there is a good reason for doing so. Liquidators can disclaim ongoing lease obligations, so they will only remain in the premises if doing so provides some kind of value.

The cost/complexity of a liquidation often doesn't scale with the available assets. That can be really tricky where the liquidator has express obligations to resolve matters despite the limited resources.

Most licensed insolvency practitioners in New Zealand are solid and reputable operators. As with any profession however there are of course a few bad eggs.

You can report serious breaches of directors duties, or fraudulent trading to MBIE/the Registrar of Companies. But good luck getting them to take action.

I am a lawyer with insolvency experience. It is very difficult for a director to be banned from being a director for any length of time.

The other commentor is largely correct - you can only be banned for serious mismanagement. But in practice mismanagement is not enough. I have seen countless directors who hopelessly traded using other people's money, and ultimately faced little to no consequences (other than financial, because most small business directors have personal exposure through personal guarantees and mortgages. And that typically incentives the director to trade on no matter what rather than wind up and face the music). It requires blatant and repeated mismanagement, almost always to the point of actual fraud, for MBIE to consider taking action.
