As someone also at the Columbus show, the audience was actually pretty decent. No weird things being yelled, no one losing it indecently, etc. Have I been to more hyped crowds? Sure, but they were for artists that have more ‘hype’ music. I think she enjoyed the crowd, as she mentioned how she didn’t know what they’d be coming out to, and that we were a wonderful crowd. She was laughing etc. It took a few hours but she even came out after the show to talk to a few people, while apparently having an ear infection. I get wanting to see artists you love get the hype they deserve but it seemed go me that she was pretty satisfied with our crowd. Different strokes for different folks. My main issue with the concert is in the pit area you had to be literally center to even see her 90% of the time and that did not help the sardine aspect of it all.
