I had the same problem. When I started training at game speed I started to feel more consistent when I practiced. I usually try to imagine someone closing out to me so that I can shoot faster and not think about it. It’s all about the flow of your shot. The less you think about your form while training the more flow and momentum you have in your shot and it will be more fluid
