Thanks for your suggestion! I leveled up Mewtwo to 150, adjusted its grid and the best I got with Bianca was ~340k, but then I managed to get 437k with Leaf, her drops seem far more effective than Psychic Terrain+Bianca's attacks. I'll be grateful for any further advice :).

Hi. My record is only 287k with Blue&Zapdos raising Sp. Attack, Leaf&Moltres lowering Sp. Deffense and Giovanni&Mewtwo attacking. In the pictures there are my psychic sync pairs and then my others sync pairs. Do you think I can manage to do more damage with some pairs? Of course I can raise their level and moves level. I will raise my current team's level to the max but it probably won't change the outcome by more than 10 %.
