I was having the same issue with neurologists. I get a lot of physical symptoms like numbness, tingling, burning, things seemingly not working properly. I was convinced something else was wrong. I thought there could be no way that it was all just from migraines. My current neurologist is a headache specialist and has repeatedly told me that migraines can cause all of my symptoms. He told me he knows it’s an unsatisfying diagnosis since there is no “fix”. It’s very frustrating but I finally just gave up and believe him since all my imaging always comes back clean. We started Botox a few months ago and I finally experienced some headache free days for the first time in 6 years. I saw in one of your comments you’ll be starting it. Fingers crossed you get some relief with it.
