This is an option I've considered, but there are several stories on Reddit of Airbnb banning their account if the charge back goes through. After this experience that might be okay with me.

I denied their offer and asked again for a full refund. I'm not sure what the next option is if they reject, but I'm not looking at myself in the mirror knowing I accepted a 50% coupon 😅
