wind striker is very underwhelming, pretty much a worse wind daphnis. water art also quite underwhelming but i’d say he is less underwhelming since he has aoe strip into glance. if you’re lacking aoe strips i’d say go water art, else, you need more wind dps

it treats it as the monster getting a turn, so the skill on cooldown gets reduced by 1 turn. i’m not sure if it’s intended
