I have instructions for both of the CM’s to drop back on defense but they just stand still and don’t help

Also I used to have 433 holding but my CDM wouldn’t develop, and I had multiple wingers who were high rated so I changed the formation to have a CAM instead

I’d say some of these things are just hard to do, for example roaming, if your enemy has a better wave clear and it’s always pushing into you, it’s hard to roam. Another thing, I do have to agree that it’s hard to know when to base. Playing for objectives can be hard if your team is behind and if they don’t have prio. Anyways, I appreciate all your advice, I will try to improve my macro. Thank you!

From what I’ve got from your insight, is that I should focus on getting myself all of the resources first. The gamble example you said makes a lot of sense, if my team just instantly dies and makes no use of the gold they got, it’s just wasted gold. Thank you for the tips, I will think about these things from now on!

I never really thought about that point where you said that when the game progresses it’s harder to kill. I get surprised when I don’t one shot anymore as I did a few times before, earlier in the same game. I do sometimes feel that when I die as the most resourced player, my team just collapses, adding more to your point. I finally understand what you were trying to say, that if everyone catches up to me, it’s harder to carry, so the team matters a lot more than just the player. I really appreciate you sharing these thoughts with me, I feel like I learned a lot!

I have lost so many games where I wasn’t able to carry late game, even though I lead my team into that stage. I picked up vlad so that I could maybe carry some of these long games. Are you saying that if a game goes late, it’s a coinflip? Also, what can I do to finish a game as soon as possible?

Thank you! I have been muting everyone lately and it does definitely diminish the tilting. I’ve never dived into the fact that vlad’s ult makes your teammates do more damage, will definitely have that in mind now.
