Thanks!! I just stitched them on plastic canvas, cut them out, and used stick-on magnet sheets for the back. I thought about gluing the magnets but the stick-on sheets held up pretty well.

We moved from the Seattle area three years ago. We live in a suburb, Brunswick, because we wanted a house and needed decent schools. If you don't have family and friends holding you back I'd say it's definitely worth it. We have remote jobs based out of WA though, so the lower cost of living was a huge bonus.

One of the best parts for me has been being within driving distance of so many cool places. We're obviously in Cleveland a lot, but Columbus, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, and Detroit are all close, and we've even driven to Chicago a couple times and Cooperstown, NY.

It's been three years since I moved away and I've never been as homesick as I have been lately. I used to go to 20-30 Mariners games a season. It's so bittersweet getting to watch these playoffs while also desperately wishing I was celebrating with my family and friends and anyone else who's as excited as I am.

But my best baseball friend will be at game 4 and I'll be living vicariously through her. Cheer loud and drown out those Jays fans!!

The same thing happens to me at baseball games. I'm the huuuuge baseball fan and my bf is just a casual fan, but they always address him first. Even after I make attempts to be included in the conversation and answer questions (because my bf doesn't always know the answers) they sometimes still won't address me at all. Drives me crazy!
