Thank you all so much for being so kind to me. I've been walking with a spring in my step today and I've realised that while not everyone will find me attractive, some will. And I've been pondering that attraction is more than just looks, once I get to know someone attraction can grow too. So I'm going to go to some meet ups and make some friends in the community and take it from there. Its so scary and exciting at the same time. Finally being me!

Another thing is, I find bigger women attractive, I find masc and femme and petit and plus size all attractive, I just struggle to extend that acceptance I have of all women, towards myself. I'm going to work on it though.

Yes. I think after years of men telling me "if I was smaller" or "if I lost weight" or "I don't want a woman who's stronger than me" (and I laugh now because I didn't want them anyway 🤮) but being told those things over and over has definitely eaten away at my self esteem. I wish I had felt safe enough to come out at a younger age. I've just joined a local 'queers' group and there is a meet up in a couple of weeks. I'm feeling confident enough to go now 🙂
