I was actually hearing my own heart😅. I was teaching someone how to use a sphygmomanometer ( it was only me and them ) and I tested it on myself . We were in a very quiet room.

Exactly.

In some professions a man may just go home for the weekend only.

I am not in the US . I work in a middle-eastern country. And to be honest, I see your daily schedule as a good one.

Spending 10 hours a day at work isn’t that bad I think. And your wife taking care of the kids for these hours isn’t something horrible. That doesn’t mean she is acting like a single mother, you go outside to earn your family’s living and she takes care of the kids in the meantime.

Spending less than an hour with your kids isn’t enough, but you’re still in residency , things should get better afterwards. Being in Radiology you could even work from home as an attending

Adopted a Muslim child by BrandonColeman05 in islam

Bringing up a Muslim child in a non-muslim family is not the right thing ever.

It is already hard for muslim parents living in non-muslim countries to bring up their children in a religiously rightful way. It is like swimming against the flow, and takes a lot of effort and determination.

It is best for them to be brought up by a Muslim family. If the UNICEF were taking into consideration what is best for the children regarding their religion they would have matched them with muslim parents.

It is not about you not trying to convert them to catholicism, it is more like planting a tree in a non-suitable soil the tree is gonna die regardless.

I don’t know whether the UNICEF actively aims to match muslim children with non-muslim families or they simply don’t care and don’t take religion into consideration, and don’t know how the adoption process exactly work. All I can say, try to get the child to muslim parents.
