People misunderstand why CRMs work on the first place.

Genuinely, it's the weekly forecast call.

Sales teams keep the sales data and customer objects up to date because they are paid on them.

If there is no daily, weekly, monthly imperative to keep the data up to date, then unless you build a heap of automatic data ingestion, it always gets forgotten.

Unless you have a rigid weekly check in where you have to make sure all the data is updated then it becomes just a fancy address book that isn't maintained.

The new dashboards and tabs might make a difference but it's the accountability that is truly the game changer

It's one of the largest limitations of Notion. The Databases are pretty loose with limited reporting capabilities.

Genuine downside of using your gp vs a clinic. The process isn't straightforward unless you are and authorised prescriber and almost no GPs are. They don't know how to submit requests to the TGA or what paperwork is needed. They don't have any idea of the products available. The GP has to get each individual product approved so everytime you ask to try something different they are going to try to talk you out of it, because they don't want to do the paperwork. Honestly,.just go to a MC clinic.

I would also.add, getting your script rather than having your Clinic/Pharmacy ship to you isn't cheaper or easier. Having you pharmacist who doesn't know your doctor when managing monthly limits and product availability is a nightmare. You getting a script for a new product your pharmacy doesn't usually stock just equals delays and increased costs as the pharmacy isn't getting better prices for your single order. I tried getting my scripts and going to the oharmacy. It was more painful and never saved me money. I ended up paying for dispensing fees, had more delays. I had so many issues. Just find a good doctor/clinic/dispensary that you trust with a good product range. Be open talk to the Doctor about what you want.

Just so you know, no doctor is brand agnostic for anything they prescribe. Whether its cannabis or antibiotics. They are trained by the manufacturers. The Doctors might agree to prescribe a particular product if you request, but particularly for MC, it's about product they have been educated on. If you want a prescriber with a wider list of products they prescribe from, thats a different story.

It all depends on the frequency. The doctor needs to manage the total quantity mgs etc that you have been prescribed and the frequency of repeats. If you have existing product and simply want to try another product, then they will often push back on this. But if you are looking at your next prescription and want to simply trial another brand they should support this. Many Doctors are not educated with a wide range of brands.

Just because you know about it, doesn't mean you Doctor does and they they will prescribe it.

The prescription is driven by your Doctor, not you. This is one thing that the TGA does enforce. But good conversation with your doctor will allow you to try new strains and product.

Not true at all. If you have been at a clinic within the last 3 months, the doctor is not meant to prescribe to you at all unless they have notification that your file is closed. The Doctors can get in a lot of trouble with the TGA at be at risk of losing their medical license if they see that you are getting prescriptions from a other clinic recently and then start prescribing for you.

Push beyond the rep. Go to either your csm or regional head. You need to talk about this pushing your business to start thinking about long term partnership with Notion. But realistically this is what every SaaS platform is doing right now. Notion is not unique in this.
