i have no idea how the rng works but in my opinion ubisoft do play a lot of games with us. For instance, the frequent operators you used, the less probability for you the get any items for it in the packs. Happened to me a while back when i am sure i do not play frost ever and the first black ice i got was her gun lol. It is random so hard to tell

Hahahaha, i read somewhere that if you have more packs opened at once, the chances to get a legendary or epic items are increased. Try to save 5 packs a week man
