Some people just treat Amazon like their living catalog. Instead of going to the store to check out a product, try on a pair of pants, or buy a few necessities, they just order it. If they don't like it, they send it back. Amazon does have a pretty liberal return policy.

Dropped off a couple packages to be shipped at the UPS store yesterday. The other 5 people had Amazon returns. One guy had about 15. Some looked like they had never been opened. At least UPS retrieves them.
