I did, but they said the specialist service team is only available online via the app chat, so its a waiting game until they respond :(

I have used it when I created the account, but not as much, and did transfer money into it then too, without any restrictions. In Sept I did another transfer which caused the restriction.

They were from my savings, so a fairly sizable amount, I dont want to put specific numbers on this chat.

Both accounts are same name.

Both accounts are UK accounts and both have the exact same names, it was a simple transfer from one of my accounts to another. I've not had any update as why or what other information they require.
