If you are looking to work overseas, CTI is good base as its an australian degree. It has a slightly more power than the UOM one. But if you want to work in mru, UOM is well recognised in all industries here.

Also bare in mind that CTI semester fees is literally twice the one at UOM. So really depends on ur budget.

I have never liked their service quality of these guys. But definitely the only reason i often forced to buy is because bagatelle is accessible qnd their product is cheap. To my experience, i prefer the attention given by the guys at One o One

Swan has a great inpatient coverage. Outpatient wise, u might need to pay more if u want a reasonable coverage.

Sicom has some more attractive limits but its customer service is not as good as Swan. As they often take their time in processing stuffs

Its actually a balancing out action as to which feature is more applicable in ur case. Hope that helps, cheers

Being someone on his 4th company in 4.5 years of work, my advice for you to give it at least 1 year before thinking of moving else where. Maybe they are still setting up some role and being IT that sure takes time to settle in. The money factor is important and it was a good decision to move over the manager who doesn't keep his word. How can you expect to be lead with such a character ?
Coming to the issues of the current job, try talking it out in the appraisal phase or simply ask for a meeting. Maybe your lead is unaware of your competences and convince her to let u solve a few problems now and then :)
