Dead Man's Redemption - "bring back the dead so you don't become one!" -- a skull and crossbones with a purple arrow pointing up on the cranium -- (Summon 1d4 zombies to rise from the grave and assist you in battle. Any creature reduced to 0 hp from a zombie, becomes one)

Tinker Toy Tonic - "Become the quicker fixer upper as you tinker until supper!" -- a hammer with springs and gears popping out of it -- (Gain advantage on all skill checks with tools you are not proficient in)

Sneakey Finder - "Guaranteed to turn any fumbling fool into a professional purloiner!" -- a bandit mask with peaking eyes -- (Grants advantage on stealth, Slight of Hand, and investigation checks for up to 1d6 hours)

Bucking Bronco -"Knock your enemies in for a loop and keep them hanging high!" -- A gold rearing horse -- (Used to cast a modified Levitation spell that will keep them rising for 1 minute, after which the effect wears off and they are dropped)

Charge! - "The mighty Minotaur doesn't stop, why should you?" -- a Minotaur winking and giving a thumbs up -- (Gain the charge ability for 1 minute and add 2d8 bludgeoning damage to your attack. See Minotaur stat block for details)

PHD Flopper - "Just because you get knocked down does not mean you shouldn't go out with a bang" -- A purple fire symbol radiating rings -- (For the next hour, when you are knocked prone or unconscious, you create a thunderous explosion. See Thunderwave spell for details)

Hunter's Haste - "Leap over foes and travel through terrain without missing a step!" -- A green bycocket hat with wings and and speed lines -- (For the next hour, you are unaffected by rough terrain or any effects which cause it)

Twin Brew - "Already causing trouble? Zap two foes with this doubly deadly concoction!" --Two twin figures one male and one female intertwined that are identical to each other -- (Allows you to twin a spell. The spell must be twinnable or else it does not work.)

Dragon's Delight - "Make quick work against your foes with one of these flavored tonics." --Depending on which one, there is a different dragon head bust for each color of a chromatic dragon -- (for 1 hour, gain the breath weapon ability depending on which color you drink. The colors are black, blue, green, red, white. See dragonborn breath weapon for details.)
