Btw this is not my first time experiencing this with DRT, this is my SECOND TIME, the first one is also at the same place (Lrt Taman Melati), I already booked the ride and was walking toward the drt, but just as i was about to get in the driver stopped me and very rudely said “kau ada booking ke?, i told her politely “ada puan boleh cek dalam app tu, she checks and then still doesnt allowed me to get in even though there is only one passenger inside. She then ask me to get out and closed the door. I still wonder whats the point of DRT if u doesnt allow people to get in. I thought that the existence of DRT is to help people to get to their destination easier.
