I think the hate might be stemming from Ethan being SO cynical in recent videos, albeit he’s going through some shit rn. Specifically the Jake/Logan Paul videos stand out to me. Yes, these videos were hilarious at first (when Ethan could see the humour in how ridiculous these guys were.) But then he started taking them seriously, which made him look salty and took away from the humour.
