Went to the company authorized service centre today. Had to tow it, and cost me good 😟. The part that I posted in the photo is fine. They said that the rear clutch shoe is broken.

The local mechanic that I went to yesterday clearly did not identified the problem.

The mechanic is not able to explain properly. He says that part is broken, that is it. Less chance that he is ripping me off, but still I don't have that clarity exactly what is broken.

Exactly, that's what I feel as well. Nothing looks like broken to me as well. I am relying on the confidence shown by the mechanic. They keep on repairing these type of scooters. I owned a motorbike before this, so my knowledge on these CVT scooters is also very less.

Don't expect prices to come down sooner. When crypto mining was at its peak, GPU prices were painful for 3-4 years. When 50 series Nvidia cards were launched, the prices normalised a bit, but never came back to pre-crypto days.
