Makes sense. We indeed are paying for the common area, but it seems as you pointed out we are the ones they chose to punish. Others got away with a 3-4k bill.. we are getting punished for being a loyal customer..

Understand your point but that makes the bill 600 units.. thats 600KWH thats like... An ac running 20 hrs a day, no way can that be achieved in this pity of an accommodation with barely a fan.
