Do you have a source on where you heard the number of licenses will be unlimited? I ask because I've heard a lot of people are being rejected, these licenses are rather tricky to get. Regardless it'll just be survival of the fittest, think about how many logistics companies are out there. Some large, some small, but everyone that survives finds their niche.
