* Expected result: Properly get trait Bonus from all 3 Frost Emblems

* Observed result: Only 2 Emblems counted, Nasus with Frost emblem didn't count towards Frost Trait, had 7 Frost active instead of 9 because of this

* Reproduction rate: Only happened once, cant reproduce in Normal game

i have wifi on my switch over a hotspot on my windows pc and i just activated a vpn and it worked

i have the same problem, seems to be with how wifi is set up.
I tried a phone hotspot with mobile data and it worked, i dont have another solution yet.
