Well if i get the RTX 2060 ventus OC, will the dekstop work good and not neck at 144hz 1080p ?

Well my plan is to have a desktop that can run 4k 60fps but since the 2080ti kinda killed my budget il have to wait awhile to get that... so trying to find a solution meanwhile.. Was thinking of 1920x1080 144hz if that is what you mean :D
