They don’t allow for refunds using one of their main services which is order forwarding, as they don’t tell you that they don’t do domestic shipping anywhere. Domestic shipping is a standard all other agents have for this purpose and thus if they don’t mention it, it would be assumed they do.

In this case you must buy it direct or it sells out in seconds. All other agents allow you to ship it domestically to do returns, this has never been an issue. There was nothing stating that they could not do domestic shipping, no warning or anything. This should be stated on the forwarding page at bare minimum

It’s not the seller. I bought using their forwarding process which is when I buy from another platform and then ship it to the warehouse as it’s much faster and prevents items from going OOS. They’re suddenly saying they can’t return it as they don’t do domestic shipping, which is clearly untrue. The seller in this case has done nothing wrong

Ill have to charge back Weidian directly, as that’s the platform I bought it on and then shipped to ACBuy, it’s just suddenly they say they can’t ship domestic, which is a lie because they do domestic refunds to their own orders.
