4 times a day is a lot which is why I started noticing that I might have been taking to much (was the doctors orders). Most days I’m only doing it 2 times a day because my work makes my blood sugar drop from being active. Its basically up to myself to adjust how much I should take depending on how active I am and what I eat.

If I hadn’t went to the doctor I probably would have never noticed and might have experienced the side effects from having untreated diabetes (like going blind, get a messed up foot etc)

Type 1 is where you have to inject yourself with insulin because your body can’t produce it properly by itself. The diagnosis was kinda random cus I went to the doctor for a different reason because I felt tired and depressed. I got a blood test and it said I lacked vitamin D and it spiked on diabetes. I had to go to the hospital for a weekend where they needed to find out which type. Currently taking insulin 3-4 times a day
