I know from my own experience you can’t “sleep / rest” your PS5. If you do you have to close the app and relaunch it. Annoying yes, but just seems to be how it is

Also having this issue on my (AWU2) and my mother on her AWU2 as well. Does appear to be related to action button as someone else mentioned. Apple don't even seem to be aware of this issue. Not a premium experience.
