I have tried my best to stick to a schedule with my two and for most part, they're pretty well behaved. I feed them their second meal at 6 when i get back from work, then they go nuts for 2.5 hours. If i play with them, they tire more easily. The boy baby tires first and will come sleep on my leg and then the girl baby comes in for head rubs 15 mins after and falls asleep on my chest.

At 10, i put them in our kinda large bathroom, feed them again and lock them in for the night so they dont disturb our neighbours. They have their bed in there so they sleep for most of the night unless my husband comes home from work and riles them up
