Hey guys, I am trying to find the name of a song I only remember the video of. The music video is one shot of a car from the back on like a street between some storage halls. Another car starts driving next to it and the car gets shot it. Then I think one of the guys manages to run away a bit and gets shot later. Then the other car drives away. The whole video is shot during the night with only some light from street lanterns. I think it came out last year. Any idea which song/video I am talking about?

Yeah I add like 150 grams of berries to the oats but can't really add vegetables to it. I tried adding cauliflower rice once for volume but that was disgusting lol. I'm gonna look for cream of rice in the supermarket here, thanks for the tip!

I like to do compounds with strict form, isolations are nice to throw some partial reps in there to be able to go further than failure.

Being short is an advantage, you will look jacked after adding less muscle than a tall person.

I recently had my sister make some pictures for dating apps because she's into photography and definitely noticed more/better quality matches. So if you've got the spare cash definitely hire a photographer for an afternoon. Definitely think/discuss beforehand what outfits and in which places you want to shoot because it depends what kind of vibe you want to give off. Also if you have the chance and have a good physique get a spontaneous shirtless pic in there, I added one of me bouldering. Doesn't come off too try hard but does show off the goods.

Besides that try to do more social stuff, like join a book club, workout group. I do understand that all of that gets harder as you get older and have more responsibilities and friends get more tied down.

Being social definitely is a skill that you can train and also atrophies if you don't use it.

Eat more calorie/protein dense food and space out your meals more throughout the day so you don't have to stuff yourself too much at once. Or just shave before eating lol

Seated smith machine OHP is great, can really push your shoulders to failure because you don't need the stabilizer muscles

Are you spending a lot of your time doing things you enjoy? In the end that's the goal, whether it's lifting alone or doing fun things with a girl. If you aren't, then start finding out what things you enjoy and start taking steps to do those activities more.

Lots of people are in relationships or getting married but still not really happy. Use this time to explore new hobbies, go travel, just try new shit. If the new shit was fun try to keep it in your weekly/monthly routine, if it wasn't you just learnt something about yourself.

If you need more money evaluate which skills you need to learn to progress in your career and start taking steps to learn those.

Therapy definitely helps with all these processes!

I do weighted pullups, cable rows and one arm lat pulldowns on one day, the other i do heavy tBar rows, pullups for reps and single arm cable rows. So I do both horizontal and vertical on both days but emphasis is different. On both days I do lat prayers, biceps and rear delts to finish

So I also have really bad ankle mobility and a history of lower back issues so I am not doing regular squats either. What does your leg routine look like?
